Optimal planning - Modern combination units
In modern production plants great demands are made of refrigeration technology. Nowadays refrigeration planning must be adapted to the production processes and workflow. With widely varying temperature ranges within a single block of units KOMA combination units make great demands of field staff, project managers and our installation teams, as well as requiring precision in their planning and execution.
Blast freezing, storage,
Optimal use of space, specifically adapted to your needs
The KOMA "IBF" (Industrial Blast Freezer -18°C / -38°C) blast freezing tunnel transports your products into our deep-freeze storage units (-18°C / -28°C), and from there either into the CDS SunRiser fully automated fermentation unit (-20°C / +40°C) or into our recovery/slow recovery units (-20°C / +20°C). An area for natural cooling (+2°C / +8°C) is also provided in KOMA combination units.

We will provide a custom-made solution for implementing your plans
Our specialists will analyse the existing production processes on site with you and they will offer you a refrigeration solution which is tailored to your business operations. Glycol freeze-protection heating units powered entirely by the waste heat from the refrigeration machinery, heat exchangers fitted to the refrigeration machinery, centralising of the refrigeration machinery, on-roof installation of the condensers, and noise levels are just some of the issues that have to be considered as part of modern refrigeration planning.
