With the SVHD freezer, KOMA offers you a mature solution for keeping both semi-finished or finished patisserie products, as well as unbaked products, often being a buffer between the shop and the bakery. Standard model has 2 doors and door frame heating. 

A water outlet is incorporated inside and the corners of the storage units are rounded to meet the hygiene perspective. Because of its compact construction and plug-in ready design, the SVHD is outstandingly suited for use in production or in sales outlets.
