Krass is a PC application developed by Koma using state-of-the-art software. It is installed on an ordinary PC (in your office or at home). The TeleGuard system communicates with your installations and the registration system via a landline connection. Should anything go wrong with your installation, TeleGuard springs into action. The problem could be a door that has inadvertently been left open, a malfunction in one of the installations, or even a power cut. TeleGuard then immediately informs the Koma service team.
