Finding the right solution
Before opening his atelier and shops, Roger worked with many patisseries and chocolatiers throughout France. There he already worked with conditioning solutions from KOMA, which gave him first-hand experience of the quality and durability of our installations. Therefore, it was not a hard decision when choosing a supplier for his atelier and shops.
Therefore we supplied multiple cooling and freezing solutions to the atelier, and to all of the individual shops. All shops are equipped with a small cooling and freezing solution, to ensure the quality at the point of purchase.
This resulted that the chocolate of the highest quality also keeps this quality level. That is the promise a chocolatier makes to his customer, and KOMA helps the artist to deliver this promise.
